TeraVita SP-90 is a soluble humate powder (soluble salts of humic acids) that contain a minimum of 90% humic acids by weight. Humic acids can increase the availability of mineral nutrients and provide the building blocks for humic substances which are the foundation of biologically rich soils. SP-90 is 100% soluble in water. This enables the product to be applied dry or in a liquid form. Pre-mix the powder with water in a separate container before adding it to the final liquid tank. Suggested use: Whenever possible SP-90 should be applied in several smaller dose applications rather than one application. This product may be applied directly to soil, mixed with granular or pulverized minerals or fertilizers and soil amendments or combined with other liquid fertigation nutrients. Rates are from 2 lbs. to 10 lbs. per acre every 4-6 weeks of the growing season starting pre-plant. Smaller, more frequent applications may be more effective than larger less frequent applications. For fertigation the optimal dosage is 1 oz. SP-90 per 50 gallons of irrigation water. As a foliar spray use 3-6 oz. SP-90 per acre per application. Optimal concentration is 1 oz./ 50 gallons water. Compost teas: For pre-activation of compost teas use 1/2 oz. per 25 gallons tea brew to stimulate the fungal populations. During brewing use 2.25 oz. SP-90 per 25 gallons tea brew.
